CAMPERSHIP (FINANCIAL) ASSISTANCE
PROGRAM FOR SUMMER CAMP

strongly believe that all children deserve a quality camp experience regardless of the family current financial circumstances. With the help from partners, unions, businesses, organizations and individuals, Camp Jubilee’s is able to provide hundreds of camperships each summer.

A limited amount of camperships are available.  We strive to assist as many families as possible and therefore ask you to contribute, if possible, to your child’s camp fees.  Campership Applications are now online and available when you register your child for camp.

You may also be able to find community support to help with camp fees by:

  • Contacting your local camping bureau *Burnaby residents – please contact / visit the Burnaby Camping Bureau first
  • Check out the Canadian Tire Jumpstart Funding http://jumpstart.canadiantire.ca/en.html
  • Talking to your school
  • Contacting a local service club or union

Income / Disability Assistance Recipients – must first apply to the Ministry of Human Resources for a camping subsidy.

Support from other Agencies – If other agencies such as a school, camping bureau or other organization, are contributing towards a portion of your child’s camp fee, we require a letter or payment from the organization confirming their support.

The students and staff had a wonderful time and raved about the camp staff and the overall experience. This will be a memory of a lifetime for many!
