Cancellation Policy for Summer Camp

Cancel with more than 60 days notice – refund less the non-refundable deposit of $200
Cancel with less than 60 days notice – 50% refund of total registration cost less the non-refundable deposit of $200
Cancel with less than 30 days notice – no refund
No refund will be given for campers who leave camp due to homesickness, or for violating camp policies.

Cancellation Policy for Halloween Camp 

Cancel with more than 60 days notice – refund less the non-refundable deposit of $75
Cancel with less than 60 days notice – 50% refund of total registration cost less the non-refundable deposit of $75
Cancel with less than 30 days notice – no refund
No refund will be given for campers who leave camp due to homesickness, or for violating camp policies.

Cancellation Policy for Family Camp 

Cancel with more than 60 days notice – refund less the non-refundable deposit of $400 per cabin, and $200 per lodge room.
Cancel with less than 60 days notice – 50% refund of total registration cost less the non-refundable deposit of $400 per cabin, and $200 per lodge room.
Cancel with less than 30 days notice – no refund.
No refund will be given for campers who leave camp due to homesickness, or for violating camp policies

Cancellation Policy for Mother’s Day Camp 

Cancel with more than 60 days notice – refund less the non-refundable deposit of $120 per person.
Cancel with less than 60 days notice – 50% refund of total registration cost less the non-refundable deposit of $120 per person.
Cancel with less than 30 days notice – no refund.
No refund will be given for campers who leave camp due to homesickness, or for violating camp policie

Cancellation Policy for Outdoor School and Rental Bookings:
All deposits are non-refundable
Groups canceling with less than 90 days written notice will owe the full amount contracted unless Jubilee management is able to rebook the same dates
Camp Jubilee Retreat & Conference Centre Ltd may cancel the contract and retain deposits paid when the payments contracted and scheduled are not made on time.

*Exceptions may be made if camp is provided with a physicians note outlining medical reasons for the cancellation. Please allow up to 2 weeks to process refund (less the non-refundable $200 deposit).

Transfers to another session requested by a parent/guardian can be accommodated if space is available.
