WHO WE ARE

Whether you were a staff member this past year or a camper back in 1936, we hope you’ll stay connected with us. Part of the Camp Jubilee Alumni Association’s mandate is keeping anyone who has had a history with Camp Jubilee up to date. We also encourage alumni to join us in raising funds to ensure that those that couldn’t afford to attend are able to benefit from a camp experience at Camp Jubilee.

WHAT WE DO

Volunteers of the Camp Jubilee Alumni Association work year round to find ways to raise funds to support low income families so they can send their children to Camp Jubilee Leadership Camps. The group also works to provide Educational Bursaries for staff and/or volunteers.

The Camp Jubilee Alumni Association currently lead 3 annual fundraising events including:

Each year, our amazing alumni team leads three unforgettable events that bring our community together and help more youth experience the magic of Camp Jubilee.

Halloween Camp – Spooky Fun for a Great Cause
Every October, our Halloween Camp sells out—and for good reason! It’s a weekend filled with little ghosts, goblins, and other spooky (but adorable) creatures having the time of their lives. Alumni generously volunteer their time, and our fantastic camp partners—like Gordon Food Services (Food Supplier), Indian Arm Recreational Services Ltd (Transportation Supplier), and others—donate products and services. Thanks to this teamwork, 100% of every registration fee goes straight into camperships for youth who want to join our Leadership Camps.

Unique Experiences Auction & Banquet – A Night to Remember
In June, on the very last night of summer staff training, we throw our annual Unique Experiences Auction & Banquet! It’s the perfect mix of fellowship, laughter, and a little friendly bidding. Staff and Volunteers enjoy a gourmet meal, bid on one-of-a-kind donated items and experiences, and share stories before the campers arrive for summer camp. The funds raised support both our Leadership Camperships and our Staff/Volunteer Bursary Fund.

Our Annual In-Town Event – Good Times, Great People
Once a year, we bring the fun into town! Whether it’s a lively pub night, a sunny BBQ picnic in the park, or something totally new, it’s always a blast. Staff, volunteers, alumni, and parents are all invited for an evening of connection, laughs, and fundraising—all in support of Leadership Camperships and the Staff/Volunteer Bursary Fund
